Great Medical Benefits...Co-workers are great guys...

Cons

Management does not take care of their senior guys when it comes to raises. If work gets slow hours get cut to 8 hours a day.

Great benefits, laid back work environment, good mentor program. Managment is very hands off and allows you to do your job safely without them micromanaging every step

Cons

Managment seems to only care about their bonuses. Facilities need a lot of upkeep and repairs. Have to make do with what we have instead of upgrading or replacing worn equiptment
