      good pay, bennies, crews of good people, upper management has you walking on egg shells.

      too many management changes, some with no clue, poor training. get rid of workers and keep the ass kissers,

      Pros

      I enjoyed the team I worked on. Very talented people. The two project managers were great! They provided advice, support, and positive reinforcement.

      Cons

      My supervisor was a micro-manager. My work was critiqued looking for little errors rather than how it could be improved. I was hired to do eLearning development and wound up simply putting policies, etc. into an electronic format. I did not feel that my knowledge and expertise were respected.
