none. pay was okay, but a bit low. hourly workers were a good group, a bit naive, but overall good.

Cons

no direction or communication from corp management. no written safety policies on specifics. hearsay become rule. no clear direction. corp staff is unstable. communication is terrible. not saying all division of the company are this way, all of the corp level for my side was terrible. every other site agrees.

The benefits and training for really good and they took care of their employees. The provided transportation for their field employees so they don't have to use their personal vehicle.

Cons

Some of their management they have do not know what their division they do and what they need to do the job correctly.
