Pros

Great benefits with competitive pay. International company with a multitude of locations. Concept of safety being most important is great. Co-workers are amazing.

Cons

Poor communication. Employees who suggest ways to improve are told it's not their place. Antiquated software. Kudos and Atta Boys are non-existent. Still archiving paper files in boxes. Promoting from within is a joke. Management is all about production numbers with little (if any) concern for employees or their safety. Management favors the needs of male employees over female employees. Employees who suffer injuries at work are harassed.

I was a temp at Weatherford. The pay was good. The people were nice. The team was very helpful.

Cons

I worked there for more than 6 months thinking I was going to get hired on. Not enough training was done.

Pros

Great training, benefits, and pay. Strong company to move up with. Feel valued. Sent me to a 30 day training course in Houston after 3 months and provided all meals, transportation and hotel. Great group of guys to work with.

Cons

Like any oilfield company, they consume a lot of your time.
