- some really good people in the teams

- these good people are underpaid and under-supported - extremely long hours with no support mechanisms to help manage workload - limited induction with no support options after this - failed to withhold tax for mine and other people's HECS debt as noted in our TFN Declaration leaving them owing tens of thousands at the end of the tax year - highest amount of red tape in any company I've worked for
