Pros

There are excelent people working, specially in the middle management. Some of the accounts are very well done and the people skills of some managers are amazing. I would say the most clients are kept in the basis of good relationship

Cons

Company is slow to change and adopt new tech. The idea of selling FTE instead of solutions is prominent, so new ideas in how to make things more efficient are discouraged since it goes against the business model. Most of the senior level is comprised of men coming from a very narrow set of experiences, so we often seem agreements in topics that should be more controversial and lead to a more challenging strategy.
