Regarding our cybersecurity expertise, please note that, on June 29 2020, Wavestone was the very first company to receive the “Security Visa” (PRIS) issued by the French National Agency for the Security of Information Systems (ANSSI).
On another note, we understand that the assignment of consultants to projects, called "staffing", can be a source of frustration. Indeed, these decisions need to fulfill many criteria: the client's request, the complexity and the stakes of the assignment, the availability of the consultants, their skills, and their objectives for progress set jointly with their manager. The CDM (Career Development Manager) is responsible for the long-term progress of the employees he/she supervises: he/she monitors their skills and aspirations in order to offer them assignments that are most consistent with their personal career path.
