      Great, friendly colleagues Nice new office near Liverpool street Good benefits Hybrid working is accepted and there is no minimum requirement to be at the office (yet)

      Projects are often not resourced appropriately leading to stressful delivery for those doing the work Not enough gender diversity at senior level Not enough transparency with regards to project pipeline

      Lovely people, clear mission, decent benefits, and some interesting accounts/projects depending on which part of the business you’re in

      Cons

      most likely due to growth and the new scale but there’s a bit of a divide between new verticals /practises Social scene has dropped off a bit recently. Lost of junior members of the team with lots of energy. could do with more training
