Flexible schedule~great job for students~pretty good pay and tips if you get good deliveries~good management and dispatchers~ pretty good benefits with Flex spending program. If you enjoy food and driving this job can be fun!

Cons

Have to use your own car/ hard on vehicles. Traffic!! Insurance coverage can be tricky depending on who you are covered by. They provide overall coverage but you must also have coverage and many insurance companies don't want to cover you if you're using your own vehicle.
