Competitive salaries for those with undergraduate degrees. Skill-building for those new to the industry.

Cons

High workload and extra requirements with no pay increase. Seemingly no postgraduate employed, therefore no want to employ skilled staff. High staff turnover and moderately toxic laboratory culture of blaming others to make KPIs. Can be hard to make professional progression due to "time requirements" within the company regardless of prior experience.
