      Senior leaders are out of touch and do not understand company they are managing, not sure if managing partners are aware. Toxic work environment where people are afraid to speak up or do the right thing.

      When they let you go (which they will) you'll never see it coming and you'll be immediately discarded. This company is failing.

      Amazing work culture. The best managers in any company I have seen. A great place to work for a long long time.

      Maybe the redundancy of projects and lack of good technical challenges. This means you will probably be doing the same kind of work.
