Size of the headcount is less comparing to other companies but this is also a Pros, because we can get to know everyone from other teams too.

Upper Management is awful, straight up will lie to employees. There is no guidance in teams on how you are doing between you and your manager who has a general how’s life treating you meeting when they don’t care. There are a lot of clicks, the main one being the boys club that runs this place. Never worked somewhere that people with aggressive attitudes and bad customer service skills excelled so much. Most employees are only involved in events when they want pictures. Let’s be honest people find a better job and buy your own snacks.
