      Pros

      - Working with somewhat new tech in some projects. - The work environment is fine (it is getting worse now, but still fine). But for "Brain" division, the work environment is not fine at all.

      Cons

      - The management needs a huge improvement effort. - Managers and team leaders force the engineers to spend overtime and weekends (unpaid), saying it is "business needs"; otherwise, your appraisal will be "below expectations". - There is no chance to grow as managers, and HR do not even care about the employees' growth. - Work-life balance is a wish now because of the bad management.

      Valeo has a large, world-class R&D/test lab facility in Navalur. Business Standard This center supports mechanical, hardware, embedded software, vision systems, and functional safety design. Being part of this team means exposure to cutting-edge automotive technologies and real innovation.

      Cons

      Work pressure but it depends on the person.
