      it was very good environment with the best team in the company I guess, I've learned different things from them

      Cons

      I think the big problem with my experience is that I was having a lot of time doing just nothing, not sure if that was because I was an intern and I don't have much to do, but that was something I really didn't like.

      Pros

      I wanted to contributed to the company where I can demonstrate my leadership and promote based on my accomplishment.

      Cons

      The employees skills and mindsets were terrible. Some could not speak nor write in English although it was a company headquartered in France. There were serious lack of manpower. Heavy overtime.
