      Pros

      Exciting work within professional, multicultural teams. All kinds of jobsites location, usually expatriation in interesting countries. The management chain is dedicated and generally intent on personal growth. Excellent autonomy for project managers and their teams. Accepting to move every few years is a bit of a life choice, it can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      Everything depends on which deals get signed and where, which makes it difficult to anticipate your next location. That can be difficult to handle over the long term.
