      Pros

      Good pay and Benefits, but that is it.

      Upper management has no idea how to perform their job functions. They sign contracts with customers with no regard to how the projects will be completed, nor the resources necessary to complete them. Projects become the responsibility of mid-level technical staff or managers whom are given no support or resources to complete them to customer satisfaction. When the customer complains, upper management assign "all" available resources to mitigate the problem, but since this is a weekly occurrence nothing gets finished. I would recommend that you DO NOT consider a position in this facility at any level. Please note this review is for the Rochester NY site only.

      From Human Resources: We are dissapointed that you had a negative experience with us. We work hard to ensure our employees are treated with dignity, respect and fairness. Our policies and expectations are very clear. As a manufacturer of critical medicines that serve the community, we set those expectations and behaviors as if our child might be taking medicines we helped produce. The federal regulations expect no less than us and our teams, and as such there is no tolerance allowed for anything that would put our public at risk. If you feel you were treated unfairly, please reach out to the HR department to discuss your case.

      Good benefits and pay for very simple work.

      Cons

      HR is no good at their job. Almost everyone you talk to is new because there is such a high turnover rate. Apparently you’ll get fires for just about anything. Working under the pressure of possibly losing your job over nothing is intense. Their hr lady called me three times in a three day period of time and sent me three emails as well during that period of time, which is just very aggressive and annoying as well.
