      1.In name of data analyst they will ask you to do Data entry operator job 2. Next level manager politics. 3. No role of HR on employee work every decision is of Manager. If you oppose then he will run behind you, 4. CEO only say things on townhall but never get implemented. 5. Analytics india magzine only recognize it.
