No proper training to fresher and no support given by manager to freshers. Please allot proper teaching staff or trainer. The trainer alloted to us use to come for just 30min to 1hr a day in the 9hrs shift and tells us to do by everything by ourselves and no proper maping was done for training period. They thinks the freshers should know evrything well in advanced in their college only and later then blame that our curriculum is the issue that we dont know things. First they should proper plan training structure. Also the result for assignment 1 was shared after we are done with the 4-5 assignments submission and then, we had no chance to correct our errors.The most important or unique thing that was happened was some of our training mates were allotted client project to work randomly at the starting week even before the results were out and also there were some who scored poorly in the first assignment like us but afterwards they cant pull them back from client projects and they starting hiding their marks.Later we came to know they they over-hired student and now they want to remove the overloaded ones anyhow.If training would be proper then it would be a great things for us. If you are lucky enough then you will get most amazing and supportive trainers and managers who are always at their back for support.

A lot of disorganization, and internal efforts to unify teams adds on to workload unnecessarily. There should be improvement on finding the right talent to the right project. Teams are siloed by leadership reporting structure, and knowledge share is superficial.
