None. It’s worst experience of my life.

Cons

I only asked for transfer as I was getting married. Instead of giving me transfer I was told to find a job in Pune! Means I was in Thane office for 3 plus years, still without reason they told I can go if not happy. So I left. Company offers no such benefits. All benefits depend on manager.
