Good support, compensation is very attractive. We also have good support from upper management . Also the benefits offered to employees are great.

Cons

Work can be a little unsteady, thus career advancement opportunities take time to surface and can suddenly change with a change in the client's position...

Pros

Work in ugam if you can't get a job elsewhere in the world. The canteen is fine and also the transport system. Provide VPN to work at home which indeed is a strategy to make people work even on holidays.

Cons

Pathetic shift timings, Less salary compared to other firms, Working for extended hours without being paid for it, Harassing management skills, People are very conservative.
