      Pros

      A good start for the person who didn't want to get involve in regressive coding. Hardly any stress over here.Culture is good.

      Pros

      The culture of this organization is very genuine. One gets lots of opportunities to grow and succeed, there is no politics and people are genuine - even when they have differene of opinions. Support form managers is good, learning is great.

      Cons

      Things are a bit slow to change. It seems that the company is very cautious. If you are in hurry to get somewhere, this may not be the place for you. Becoming quite a bit beuraucratic unfortunately :(
