      Pros

      Ugam had great core Values and all these values are seen in each individual working there, no matter what position a person is the values would reflect in him. Great Team support from everyone on all the matters. They have a great policy - perform and get appraised.

      Cons

      For me the most challenging was maintaining the work - life balance as we are always loaded with good amount of work through out the year.

      its a place where if you stay for 3-4 years, u get used to the culture here and then leaving this place will get difficult

      Good work culture. Every one will be given with equal voice. Rapid Project Development methodologies & well determined.

      Cons

      Project development driven cycle are narrow, should think and re-design itself and highly required and to be aligned towards Next Generation in Business.
