Company offers day shifts. There are offs on weekends. The facilities within the company are clean.

Cons

No career growth. Very poor salary structure. Work on holidays without pay. No overtime pay. No salary raise even if one performs well. Appraisals take 4 months to complete. Poor management and reporting managers/team leaders. Management favours only their pets.
