Very supportive and positive work culture where people generally treat each other well. Salary is acceptable/basic and most of the amount is paid in hand, which makes finances easier to manage. Good flexibility with frequent work-from-home and hybrid options instead of daily office visits. Overall a good place to work if you value stability and a healthy team environment.
Cons
The role is primarily night shift, which can be challenging for long-term health, especially when living in India. Maintaining work–life balance becomes harder due to the night schedule, even though the work itself and culture are good.
