      Pros

      1. Getting to work with some nice real world and actual BiG data problems 2. You will get amazing hikes(30%) in Tech team if you are performing great. Average otherwise(10-15%) 3. Get to work with some amazing seniors (however few they are) 4. Timings are super flexible 5. Not much fuss about dress code 6. Most of upper management is very humble and approachable

      Cons

      1. There is always lack of resources in tech team and hence people will get bombarded with work sporadically 2. Very minimal onsite opportunities. And even the rare few who get it don't get as lavish earnings/treatment as MNCs

      Intelligent, impressive and hardworking upper management Supportive team leads In-house training modules Opportunity to work for international clients Home drop facility for those working late In-house canteen providing good-quality, home style food Clean and spacious working environment

      Cons

      Poor handling by middle management Appraisals do not reflect quality of work i.e. they are standardized Poor communication between project leads and content production team All the basic work is timed but there's no overtime for staying back and doing extra work JDs are all-inclusive so a few end up doing the work of those 2 tiers higher than them, without the added benefits WFH is an option provided at the outset but only applicable based on the whims of individual managers
