      1.Flexible Working Hours 2.Work from Home Facility through VPN (Some Changes introduced to it) 3.Pick and Drop Facility. Home Drop Facility after 11pm.

      Pros

      Very flexible, agile and nimble. Open to sharing info, allowed to move around the org to learn and grow. Management is open to hearing any and all complaints whenever one needs to express. Absolute transparency in top-down flow of information, culture and values. Direct access to the CEO and leadership to the most junior associates as well, without any bureaucracy or red tapes. Lowest attrition in the industry. Very high return rate of employees.

      Cons

      Family quotient is missing as there are no programs to immerse families in the work culture.
