      Pros

      Only people who are there from long or who ever is good at nagging behind their bosses tail is taken forward or recognized

      Cons

      No clear career growth and work. Works like a typical govt company. People staying since long or their connects have authority to decide everything. Though there are processes in place, none are every followed.
