Flexible work timings means you can be expected to go home only for sleeping and spend all other time at the office (regularly overworked) Startup culture meaning very disorganized place to be working Profit oriented work culture - Tend to take up any project even which are impossible as long as company is getting paid, and employees have to suffer the brunt Small office - No benefits of cab service, subsidized cafeteria, very basic office
