Pros
I cannot mention any pros because there are none.
Cons
- Company treats you as slave and puts you into any project of their willing and requirement irrespective of the tech stack you've worked on. - The hikes and promotions are the worst here. For 2.5 years, I drew same salary even after having really good rating. (Got few rewards and certificates though) - Managers are god here and other associates are slaves. - HRs pretend to work really hard but no output can be seen. It took them to clear my full and final statement & Relieveing letter 3.5 months after leaving the organisation. Ofcourse it created lot of problems in new company because of experience letter. - No formal training or certifications to upskill you.
