      COVID response was good, appreciate the leadership (CEO, COO, CIO, CMO)

      Managers are bad in communications, You have to struggle to get time and all this just to satisfy the "Manager" ego. There is a lot of favorism esp. to certain locations and teams, and if you are in good-books of your manager by attending friday night parties, getting drunk and all, you are going to grow well.
