      Company thinks about thier employees carrier path. Lot of efforts are taken in training Better opportunities after acquisition by Merkle Negligible politics

      The growth is quite slow Mostly night shifts. Night shifts allowance being only 250. Frequent movement in job role and teams

      Pros

      Nice learning experience. A few good people are still there who can be very helpful.

      Cons

      Too much pressure from the higher ups. They just treat you like cheap labour. I get do not honour your joining letter as they never gave the hike they promised. Discrimination is deeply rooted in the organisation even though you put in 12 hour work days. No wonder they have a 35% attrition rate. It’s going down and I’d rather stay jobless now than join Ugam
