      Salary on time, best other benefits, friendly environment, Cab, Professional growth would very good. Seniors and leads are very helpful.

      Cons

      Some company politics would be there like any other companies. Hike would be great for first 2 years. Work life balance is not so cool.

      Work culture is great. Everyone is very friendly. Company policies are also very good. Perfect place to start a career.

      Over time can some times be very tiring and also they don't pay for overtime.

      Corny management. Role can limit growth. Introverts wont move up the hierarchy. Lengthy notice period - makes it hard to join other companies.
