      Pros

      Practices open door policy A friendly, learning ambiance Employee centric - in times of covid, we could see the employee first approach the organization took Learning and development opportunities for those who embrace such opportunities Recognition & growth is based on your performance and not tenure based

      Cons

      There's definitely scope for improvement across various factors, but the best thing is that, the management frequently asks for feedback and takes corrective measures. I know it's difficult to please everyone and I have had instances where I have not liked a response, but if you think reasonably, you'll understand why.
