People at Ugam are good. But Top Management is very Manipulative.

Cons

Top Management thinking and policies toward employees is negative and manipulative. They will create a positive image through PR and HR initiatives. But Management is focused and concerned with only their earn out targets with Merkle after acquisition of Ugam in 2019 by Merkle. They don't have a long term outlook for business growth or employee welfare.
