      Pros

      Awesome is the word for the uSwastha initiative and the Vaccination drive was next level. Thanks to Ugam for taking care of its employees and other help providers ( housekeeping staff, security etc ) during these difficult time.

      Pros

      Ugam is a great firm to work for especially if you're early in your career. You are given the opportunity to learn new technologies and given ownership of critical parts of projects irrespective of your prior experience.

      Cons

      Visibility of managers can be lacking especially if you're working with teams outside India. This however varies from project to project.
