Dishonest with your job profile, Night shift (99 per cent night shift but they will never tell you that) A lot of smalls projects No learning no travel Management is not interested in your issue they want to complete their target. 90 days notice period Townhall without solution to your problem Night allowance 250 rupees Policy can be changed anything if it is in favour of company
