      Pros

      People are very friendly. Goregaon office is very huge. Benefits like pick and drop. No Time constraints for shifts.

      Have not faced any downsides as of now.

      Uneven workload , stretch always - Good learning exposure in Market research

      Pros

      If you want to learn in Market research , one of the best places in MR industry. if you joining support team- work life balance is decent.

      Cons

      Lot of workload ( in operations team) Too much client centric, so few elements regarding employee welfare like - leave policy, work life balance are compromised. Salary are not standardized internally as well as compare to market Continuous night shift and night shift allowance is very low compare to market standards Other than MR expertise, all other teams related to technologies and process are yet to come up to speed. Thus if you are looking for anything outside MR domain , you may want to think twice.
