Some benefits of working at Ugam: 1) Good work-life balance (WFH on Mon & Tues) 2) Shuttle service (Night shift employees only) 3) High Growth potential 4) Night shift compensation, Tax returns, Loan facility, internet reimbursement etc. 5) Can WFH when sick.

Cons

1) Internal communication can be difficult at times. 2) Benefits won't be directly communicated to you 3) Night shift. (8-9 hrs starting from 6/7 pm till 3:30/4:30 am 4) PayScale is average 5) Monetary compensation can be slightly more
