      Pros

      Great company to work in at any stage of your career Easy-going, people-friendly culture (with exceptions) Employee-friendly policies. The company takes good care of its employees. Normally a good work-life balance

      Cons

      Classic case of - “People don’t leave good companies. They leave good managers” A few managers are absolutely horror to work with, and are the perfect example of corporate bullies. Over the years, have seen dozens of people quitting, absconding only due to these managers. While the top management & policies is usually so employee-friendly, it is sad that people are leaving because of 2-3 bad managers.

      Job security is pretty high Being constructive on career growth

      Cons

      Salary package if you're working for long time in ugam. Laterals will be paid more than who will be reporting to you. Work life balance is pretty bad if you're working with few managers not all of them.
