for starters the job role survey scripter. For an engineer this is the worst role you can have. 10th pass can do this job

Flexible fun work environment provides with lots of opportunities to learn new skills. Many employees work remotely and it is absolutely great. Night Shift allowance provided.

Cons

No direct downsides. Night shift is injurious to health.
