Pros
It was only a month so I couldn't witness any pros about the company
Cons
Our reporting manager was our trainer too, who didn't give us proper training and was busy all the time, so he just came to us for about 40-45 minutes in the whole day. There was no trainer on the floor to look after us. All we did mostly was "Self-learning". Another thing was the feedback i.e., the result for assignment 1 was shared after 4-5 assignments. So, we had no chance to rectify our errors. He(the manager) also blamed us that I had copied assignments and reduced 50% of my marks for that assignment (even when I didn't copy anything). Then, towards the end of the month, he told us that these assignments were tests and that you (guys) have scored very less and that there is a problem with our academics. He didn't even extend the training period for at least a week so that we could prove ourselves. He took me and 4 others to a meeting room and said that we would have to discontinue the job and he directly assigned a meeting with our HR and made us resign. The most unjust thing that happened to us was some of our batchmates were allotted clients to work with randomly at the start (even to those who scored poorly in the first assignment) and towards the end when it all came to us, the manager said: "you have scored less". For your information, they were allotted irrespective of their performance that too after the first assignment itself, and when we asked about this to the manager he said that "That is none of your business, why should I tell you that". He said that they had mass recruited students so they will remove 100 students. This was the way we were being trained and treated at our job at Ugam. We resigned on the 1st of August from that job.
