- fast money, ability to cash out whenever you want - chance to earn pretty good money if you put in the time, drive during busy hours, and complete quests/promotions - meeting people

Cons

- getting tickets - no control over what promotions are offered from week to week - gas - wear and tear on car - dealing with drunk or unpleasant riders - taxes?

Paying me that is about it

Cons

Pay better, give better incentives, remove cancellation percentages, when gas is up charge more surge charge not just 0.55$. Increase notifications or make tipping more noticeable or mandatory. At least do not give any pre determined options like 1$,3$,5$ just have a custom tip option.
