Great Seasonal Work. Though location may matter.
Pros
Pros: - Worked during winter in Florida, which meant beautiful weather overall - Job overall is not to intensive (usually), so working at a brisk pace is not to difficult - Considering getting hired is incredibly easy and has pretty much no requirements, the compensation is very solid - Most of your job is just delivering packages, once you and your driver get into a rhythm the job goes very smoothly I would say
Cons
- Depending on where you are located, the weather can be bad, which can make delivering harder, so be prepared clothing wise - Seasonal can make it harder on drivers (they need to deal with disorganized trucks from seasonal workers at the UPS hubs) - Communication with UPS as a company and its workers is horrible to be honest and getting everything situated to start the job was a but of a nuisance -
