Pros

Hands down the best organization I have been involved in with communicating strategy, opportunities, challenges and wins. The new benefit package is an improvement with many more options and more flexibility.

Cons

Remote employees can feel like they are on an island, but they need to be part of the solution in finding out how best to connect to the organization.

Thanks for this great review. We are constantly striving to evolve our communication efforts to match the needs of our consultants locally and remotely. It is critical our consultants feel like part of the Trissential family, no matter where they are based.

Pros

Just participated in a 3 day training and sales summit. I was so impressed how much the team cares and are committed to their clients.

Cons

Recent acquisitions have added services and value to the organization, but change is hard. Integrating new acquisitions will be great, but also creates confusion.

Pros

Unfortunately in businesses today, it's hard to find a CEO that truly does what it takes to run the company. That's not the case with Trissential. The CEO is committed to company success and anything he asks of an employee, he already does himself. He goes over and above, and is honest (again, a rare quality!) in the way he does business. Trissential is making a lot of changes in efficient processes and has done a good job in restructuring the internal team to be proactive and supportive.

Cons

Lots of change can make people uncomfortable, but it is required to stay in the game. Benefits are decent but not the best in the market.
