Pros

Hands down the best organization I have been involved in with communicating strategy, opportunities, challenges and wins. The new benefit package is an improvement with many more options and more flexibility.

Cons

Remote employees can feel like they are on an island, but they need to be part of the solution in finding out how best to connect to the organization.

Thanks for this great review. We are constantly striving to evolve our communication efforts to match the needs of our consultants locally and remotely. It is critical our consultants feel like part of the Trissential family, no matter where they are based.

Living Up To The Brand

Pros

Trissential lives up to its brand as an Improvement Company that cares about its consultants and clients/partners. I was a staff/employee person for 17 years, and the managers helped to make my transition to consulting very smooth. Starting with my 1st engagement, they prepared me to think like a consultant and supported me by addressing my questions and concerns as they came up. The process to transition to my next engagement was also very smooth. They took great care in making sure the client/partner relationship was handled with care, and they made sure Sales Team stayed focused on a great match for my next engagement by checking with me often and taking my feedback sincerely when presenting opportunities to me.

Cons

This really depends on what you are looking for as a consultant. Do your research, and the degree of alignment you have with the company (culture and values) will determine what you see as pros and cons. This company is very relationship focused, and you get what you put into it. People providing value-added improvement services is the product. To get the full benefit of what is available, you need to engage as often as possible with the team.
