Pros

Over 25 years, Trissential is the only company I ever worked for where they kept every commitment they ever made to me.

Cons

Used to be a little "regional" in client base. That's changing, options are opening up in Europe!

Pros

Trissential is that company you dreamed of working for one day. A smaller firm, Trissential employs the finest consulting talent, cares about their employees, is competitive and always focused on providing value for their clients. Setting the standards for Management consulting Trissential engages from the idea and inception stage of a program all the way through to delivery. They remain steadily focused on achieving the executive vision originally conceived while garnering the results they signed up for day one. A great place for people to work, it is constantly acknowledged as one of the best companies to work for. For experienced professionals who want to have a voice and an opportunity to each be an integral member of a team, I would tell you it is an excellent place to work.

Cons

Trissential is not a huge corporation and as such you do not have a comfort level if you are not in a billable position for an extended time, however, this is no different than the big 5 or any other firm these days, as they all have revenue targets. The good news with Trissential is that you can be entrepreneurial, find creative opportunities for yourself, and ultimately be able to help guide your own path forward, while still having the perks of health care and other items that you might find more difficult of you were independent.

Pros

I've been in the consulting field for over 30 years, and I've never met a single organization that had more than a small percentage of the staff that I would consider A+ ... Until I started working for Trissential. Here, it's almost everyone that I work with are A+, which is a dramatic difference. Then you add the vision and direction that that the company is heading in, and it's off the charts. Been a long time since I was so proud and excited to work for an organization.

Cons

I've read several reviews on this site and can only imagine that there are a few people that want to complain about a situation or person which do not represent the company, but only their instance of engagement. With all this social media, it's hard to find the positive feedback.
