      As young engineer, we have access to a lot of opportunities of training (technical, management,...), careers,... If you have some motivation, you can grow in this company and stay your all career!

      Cons

      The company values are really good and the work-life balance is also good. We work hard but we also have a lot of compensation so we can enjoy and spent time with our family and frinds.
