      International oil and gas company with lots of opportunities

      Pros

      International presence with possibilities to move around the world for those who prove they are worth it. Overall good package and a company who takes care of its employees (there can be some exceptions) Things are moving and focus is more and more on leadership skills, open mind, etc.

      Cons

      Still not completely diversified (mostly French) but this is changing. Packages are being reduced which could make the company less attractive

      the company offers some good benefits beside the health and life insurance, there is also profit share and personal loan. good work location

      Cons

      there is no appreciation, either you work hard or not its equal. no training to support team. no carrier path.
