      I've been here for 25 years + and this a very stable and career opportunity orientated place to work.

      Pros

      Stable employment here with the opportunity to move up in the Company. Pay is very fair now and it seems we may begin to receive bonuses in operations like the other large Companies in this comparison.

      Cons

      Shift work is the majority of the work if you can manage the days and nights. There is overtime here so you can increase your yearly income.

      Pros

      Good opportunity, challenging job, opportunity to move around the world in total branch, good benefit, job rotation.

      Cons

      Not suitable for family oriented man and lady, no work life balance, most of people in total is workaholic, super busy with tight schedule. Overall total is good company to work but it depend on what are you looking for. Most of the times you need to choose between personal life and company.

      Small team. Friendly people. Good training.

      Cons

      HQ controls everything - there is no discretion left to the subsidiary. Management rotates every three years so they do not have to suffer the consequences of any mistakes they may make.
