Pros

1. Competitive compensation package relative to comparable companies and roles in the industry. 2. Excellent analytics and AI tooling that empowers teams to move quickly, experiment, and deliver more with greater efficiency. 3. Surrounded by smart, capable colleagues with strong expertise and diverse experiences. There are abundant learning opportunities, although knowledge sharing can vary depending on the individual or team.

Cons

1. Priorities and strategic directions change frequently, which can sometimes create uncertainty and shifting expectations. 2. The role tends to evolve rapidly, and employees are often expected to handle responsibilities far beyond what was originally outlined in the job description. 3. Teams are given significant freedom to shape solutions, but success often depends on proactively seeking alignment early and frequently, as stakeholder expectations may not always be fully articulated at the outset. This can occasionally result in considerable revisions later in the process. 4. Key decisions are often made centrally, and local teams may have limited influence despite having a deeper understanding of market-specific conditions and customer behavior.

Pros

The scale and ambition of the work is unlike anywhere I've been. You're working on campaigns and programmes that reach millions of people, with real budget and real stakeholders who care about the outcome. The team I've worked with across Europe, APAC, global, and partner markets is talented, collaborative, and genuinely invested. There's also a lot of room to own things. If you put your hand up, you get responsibility early. The events and flagship moments are genuinely exciting to work on and give you exposure to the industry at the highest level.

Cons

The pace can be relentless, and the scope of work expands quickly. Cross-functional coordination across multiple time zones takes up real bandwidth, and it's easy to feel like you're always in reactive mode if you don't protect time for strategic thinking. Processes are still maturing in some areas, which means you sometimes have to build the plane while flying it. That's energising for some people, but if you need strong structure and clearly defined remits, it can be frustrating.
